Rye Restaurant, the latest creation of James Beard Award-winning chef Colby Garrelts, showcases the food and culture of the Midwest and local flavors of the Missouri-Kansas region. Indicia developed the new logo and print collateral for the restaurant, as well as t-shirts for patio wait staff. Indicia’s relationship with chefs Colby and Megan Garrelts began in 2006 during a rebrand of Bluestem Restaurant. Since then, we have helped develop and design their cookbook and consulted on other restaurant ventures with them.
