StoreFinancial was one of the first companies to offer a managed gift card program to groups of unaffiliated merchants, such as those found within a mall or shopping center. They had already established a well-known brand within the industry, but were facing increased competition from other companies. StoreFinancial decided to enter other markets with its prepaid card solutions and programs. However, their existing identity was geared specifically toward shopping centers, its logo consisting of a shopping bag. What was needed was a sophisticated brand image that reflected the company’s changing business focus, and that resonated with a diverse audience that includes commercial/retail property owners and marketing directors.
